Brisbane Tree Guy's really do live up to their stellar reputation. From beginning to end the communication and professionalism was second to none. After we sent our enquiry by text, Gary came out to quote the job and gave us a great deal. We needed our entire backyard and side cleared, including very large fig trees, and the team did a superb job of carefully removing them all without damaging anything. They put everything back in its place, including a fence and side gate that had to be temporarily moved to allow the works. All the staff were friendly and professional. I'm utterly impressed by how organised and well executed the job is. I highly recommend this company and look forward to calling upon them again should I need their services. ~ Alana D

I couldn't be more genuinely greatful to a tree service than I am to Gary and his team. I got multiple quotes, and Gary was the only one to look at our huge tree and accurately determined what needed to be done. Others tried and failed. It was a tough job, but Gary was committed and wouldn't let it beat him. Ultimately, we needed this massive, dangerous tree down before Cyclone Alfred hit, and the team made sure it was down, it was cleaned up and even the neighbours were commenting on the great work that was done. The price was still really fair at the end of the day as well. At the end of all this, I'll only go with Brisbane Tree Guys in the future - they've earned my business for life. I recently contacted Brisbane tree guys a local family-run business for some tree lopping, stump grinding and bush cleanup on my property, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work! Gary was quick and professional, providing a quote promptly and ensuring everything was in order. His son, Joel, is an amazing worker—an absolute pleasure to deal with and a very nice chap. The entire team worked incredibly hard, showing diligence and commitment throughout the job. Their rates are excellent, and the quality of their work is outstanding. Called Brisbane Tree Guys who answered my call listened to my issue and organised a date to come and do the job. Gary and Danny came and got to it straight away, the removed several stumps and also an underground root that had been growing and lifting my pavers. Gary and Danny were very professional and courteous, the job was done to my expectation and unlike other workmen they cleaned up afterwards. Gary, Tom and his team timely responded to my request. Onsite inspection was done the next morning and the Bunya pine tree was successfully removed and stump grinded a few days later. His team worked efficiently, professionally and friendly, and gave me back a tidy backyard after cleanup. This was my first time to call Gary, on the basis of his good reviews, and it is sure that I made a smart decision. Gary's quote price was affordably good and I am more than happy to see the works has been wonderfully done. Called and spoke to Gary the owner and a few days later the job was completed. The communication from Gary was outstanding. The service was outstanding and the job itself was outstanding. I thought i would be left with a huge hole in the ground after having a very large stump ground out. So happy to get home from work to find they had completely filled the hole and levelled it out. They had cleaned up all the mess that the job makes and all for a fantastic price. This means so much to me, I have been trying to get someone to do the job for 6 months and have been so let down but these other Tree Services. If only I had found Brisbane Tree Guys 6 months ago, I would have been spared the worry and frustration I have been put through by these other Tree Services. Absolutely Amazing Professional company!! Great reliable services and all the staff there are awesome 👍 Especially Gary and Joe... I'm a pensioner and they helped me the next day after contacting them.. The price they charged me was incredible and I would highly recommend this company for anyone wanting tree services done.. Gary went out of his way to organise his worker Joe to come early in the morning to tidy up a messy palm tree I had.. Joe was such a professional and also a wonderful person to talk with!! Recently had the Brisbane Tree Guys remove 4 very tall palm trees and clear a jungle of a backyard. Gary and his team were quick to respond to messages, are fantastic guys who did an incredible job clearing the yard and removing the trees safely. They left the site very clean and tidy afterwards and given the amount of work they did charged a very reasonable price. I'm very happy with the work they did, if you're looking for a team to do some tree removal works, you've found your people. Really happy with the efforts from Gary and his guys, especially Tom - hardworking and all legends. I searched around for a couple of quotes - Gary/Brisbane Tree Guys came out the best by far, but also was prompt in starting the job the next day which I appreciated. Once I had the job booked they turned up at the time they said they would, were careful about how they went about things to ensure no damage to the area/items around the two large trees (even though they have full insurance should something go wrong), and worked tirelessly over two days (including a Saturday) to take away the two large trees - even leaving us with some nice firewood on the side which I requested. They stump grinded the base and the large network of roots, plus grinded and remove other debris we needed. As you can see from the photos left some nice mulch which will break down, and a really clear and clean area after finishing the job. Definitely recommend them for anyone looking to get a professional tree lopping service ! ~ Jason H

Highly recommend the Tree Guys. We needed a large Macadamia tree removed after the recent mini cyclone that hit our suburb. Gary and his colleague were prompt, courteous, efficient, safe and fast, and they charged a very reasonable price. Not only did they clean up really well after the job was done, they dealt with the green waste our city council didn't want to collect at no extra charge. Brisbane Tree Guy’s answered the phone first time I called and came out to give a quote within 30 minutes on the same day. Quote was extremely reasonable and they were then able to come the following day to complete the work. After putting in online enquires elsewhere and not even getting a call back - in comparison Brisbane Tree Guys were so responsive and quick! Highly recommended! Quick response to queries, quoting and booking the job. I had a palm removed. They were so quick and mindful of my other surrounding plants. I have a messy tree that sheds flowers and leaves, these were lying on the driveway and grass. One of the staff, raked this up and loaded it onto their trailer. Brisbane Tree Guy removed a very large tree in an awkward corner position between fencing and a shed for me. Everything was done professionally from first contact. They arrived the day and time they said they would. Accomplished the job expertly removing the tree and clearing up any tree debris. You can trust them to do a good job for you. Gary and team at Brisbane Tree Guys successfully completed a massive job at our house in Moorooka in April 2024. Gary actually responds to messages for quotes (unlike many competitors!), ground stumps, poisoned stumps, lopped branches along our entire back and side fences, and took away all the green waste. Gary and his team were super efficient and worked hard to get the job done quickly and done well. I had a large number of Lillie pillies that were overgrown and it took 4 days from when I initially contacted Brisbane Tree Guys for the work to be completed, much quicker than I expected!
